Returns & Refunds

Your right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return any item, without having to give a reason.

To start a return, simply email us at severineperraudin@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with the return instructions.

Condition of items
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging. Each piece is handmade in cashmere; a refund may be reduced if an item shows signs of wear beyond what is needed to try it on.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. The refund includes the price of the item and the original standard shipping cost.

Orders outside the European Union
Customs duties and import taxes paid upon delivery outside the EU are not refundable by us. They may be recoverable from your local customs authority or carrier.

Exchanges
If you would like a different size or colour, contact us and we will do our best to help, subject to availability.
