Shipping
Each piece is carefully packed and shipped from Paris.
Shipping rates and delivery times
- France — complimentary shipping — approximately 2 business days
- European Union — €22 — approximately 7 business days
- Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States — €29 — approximately 7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped.
Customs duties and import taxes
Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties.
For deliveries outside the EU (Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States), customs duties and import taxes may apply. They are set by the destination country, are not included in our prices or shipping fees, and are the responsibility of the customer. They are usually collected by the carrier upon delivery.
VAT
VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout, and contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will find a solution with you.
Order changes and cancellations
